Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2026. By using qcapitalrepair.com or any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Services
Q Capital Repair provides credit consulting services (including review of consumer credit reports, dispute assistance, and education) and optional website design and maintenance services. We are a credit consulting firm — we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Specific package contents and pricing are described on the relevant service pages and in your written service agreement.
2. Payment Terms
Fees are stated on our site and in your engagement documents and are charged in U.S. dollars through Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge the agreed amount for the package you selected, including any recurring monthly fees disclosed at checkout. Failed or disputed charges may result in suspension of services until resolved.
3. Refund Policy & 3-Day CROA Cancellation
Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you may cancel your contract with us, without penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days after signing it by sending written notice to qcapitalrepair@gmail.com. If cancelled within this window, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. After the 3-day window, refunds are issued only for services not yet performed, at our reasonable discretion.
4. No Guarantee of Results
We do not promise any specific outcome. Credit results depend on your individual credit profile, the responsiveness of credit bureaus and creditors, and your continued cooperation with the process. Past results of other clients do not guarantee similar results for you.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, respond promptly to requests for documents, pay fees when due, and refrain from disputing accurate or verifiable information. Misuse of our services (including fraud or attempts to manipulate credit reports unlawfully) is grounds for immediate termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q Capital Repair, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Q Capital Repair from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of, and exclusive venue in, the state and federal courts located in California for any matter not subject to arbitration below.
9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
The parties will first try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting qcapitalrepair@gmail.com. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in California or by video conference. Each party waives any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
