You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any "credit repair" company has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy can be reported for 10 years.

Your Right to Cancel (CROA)
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you have the right to cancel your contract with us, without penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days from the date you sign it.
No Upfront Charges for Future Services
We do not charge for credit repair services until those services have been fully performed, as required by federal law.
Free Self-Help
You can dispute items on your credit report yourself for free by contacting Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion directly. You can obtain a free copy of your credit report once a year from each bureau at AnnualCreditReport.com.
Promotional Offers & Pricing
The "$350 Credit Sweep Package" is a promotional offer with only 10 spots remaining, available on a first-come, first-served basis subject to consultation eligibility. Standard credit repair services start at $300 and final pricing varies based on the number of negative items on your credit report. Website builds start at $450 and vary based on the number of integrations. Website maintenance starts at $100/month and is only offered to clients whose websites were originally built by Q Capital Repair. Offer terms and pricing may change without notice.
Banking Access Assistance
Q Capital Repair offers guidance and support for clients who have been denied bank accounts due to ChexSystems records, past overdrafts, or other banking history. This is an information and walk-through service only — we do not control or guarantee the outcome of any bank's account-opening decision.
Referral Program
Referral rewards ($25 cash or an equivalent service discount per successful referral) are paid only after the referred client has paid for a service. Payouts are processed after verification. Q Capital Repair reserves the right to change or end the referral program at any time.
